Joe tells us about his workout regime...
I have been doing this work-out for many years You can do it soft or Jet quick and hard. After awhile you will start to feel the rhythm of all the this Exercise. And later it will become automatic. I just put on the Music and let the Muscle Memory take over. I am 55 yrs old and had just survived a very serious illness. I'm still not 100% but hope to get there. Fingers crossed Anyway wanted to share something I think will help you .Ok enough said Hope you enjoy the Program.
